On rims – horizontally
Stack wheels with rims one on top of the other or hang them. Store tyres without rims vertically and rotate them every few weeks.
Away from the sun
UV rays and heat sources accelerate rubber ageing. A closed container is a good, dark place.
Mark their position
Write with chalk where each wheel was removed from – this will help with rotation at the next change.
